Hooks broke ground in July on a Property Manager's Residence and a Masonry/Pre-Engineered Structure in Palm City.  Local Architect Brent Wood designed the project.  “We have an excellent relationship with Brent and have worked on many projects together in the past”  notes project manager Mike Meltzer.  Hooks was selected for this project as a result of their competitive pricing and the strong local relationships they have with subcontractors and the  Martin County building department.  The project is scheduled to be completed in the Fall.

 Hooks continues its relationship with Walgreens with the commencement of a large remodel/expansion project in Boca Raton.  The project consists of the conversion of an existing local 1,500 square foot drug store into a 10,000 square foot Walgreens.  "This is a unique project because it is not free standing, but will remain in the shopping plaza.  “This is a corporate store and we feel fortunate to have been selected by Walgreens to build it" notes Hooks.  The store is scheduled to open before Thanksgiving.
